Monday, May 1st, Lou Colucci, Ed Davis and the CMDR Schraufnagel met with Steve Katz (Executive Director) at the Food Bank Network of Somerset County. Steve provided history, purpose, and description of his operation. Steve verified any donations provided by Post 8371 would be directly applied to the Lyon VA Food Bank. Post 8371 donated $200 approved at the April meeting. Hillsborough is a divided town in that portions of Hillsborough fall within the 7th District, while others fall within the boundaries of the 12th Congressional District, represented by Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman.
